Right of withdrawal when booking/renting a toboggan

 

There is no right of withdrawal for booking and renting a toboggan/time cf. Section 22 of the Right of Appeal Act, subsection 1 letter m)

 

Please note that no refunds are given for rent in the event of bad weather or other conditions beyond our control (Force majeure).

Recommended safety rules:
 

• Show consideration and use common sense.
   

•  Adjust your speed.

 

• Take it easy and get to know the track if it is your first time sledding.

 

• Wear a helmet and goggles.

 

• If you have to stop/fall to the ground, pull well to the side so that the track is clear for other sledders.

 

• If there are many visits (Saturdays and Sundays), those with young/smaller children should avoid the busiest times of the day.

 

All sledding takes place at your own risk.
